The Guaranteed Millionaire
Excerpt from Chapter 1 - Why By A Millionaire?
What would you do if you had a million dollars sitting in your bank account? Imagine total financial freedom. Would you retire? Would you travel? Would you build that dream home that has always been in the back of your mind? This is what money can do. It can assist you in completing your dreams!
Money can, and should, be used to make your life easier. This book will teach you how to add more of this valuable commodity to your life now!
To quote my father, “A million dollars ain’t what it used to be.” But all in all, it still represents what most Americans consider financial freedom. Today you need more than a million to achieve the same standing financially as a million dollars used to provide.
For those of you who cannot conceive or believe that you can have a million dollars in assets, this book is written for you. A recipe will be given that will assure you of obtaining financial freedom and a high net worth. The only ingredients you need to add are time and effort. If these strategies are followed with a millionaire’s frame of mind, you will become that millionaire. The laws of wealth building guarantee it!
Big Lies, Ruined Lives
Most of us are guilty of believing in some of society’s biggest misconceptions. Such as, how far we should go with our own personal development. These are the images we each hold of how far we could and should rise. These misconceptions are mostly shaped by the environment of our youth. For those of you born into wealthy families, you may not have this problem. However, most people are not born wealthy. My hope is that after reading this book, you will build and live the life of a millionaire and you will no longer be weighed down by the negativity and doubts produced by the naysayers that are so common in many families and communities.
As a Bonus
Using my financial concepts and strategies, you will find that you need less to live on than you thought. Many of my clients found they could live a very comfortable life on less than they had anticipated on their way to becoming millionaires.
Why? The spending and investing habits they acquired on their way to accumulating their financial nest egg has stayed with them during their retirement years. Therefore, I noticed an important observation; the true lifestyle of most millionaires is one of restraint not outrageous consumption. As a bonus, the millionaire mindset will bring more calm, financial freedom, and a rewarding retirement to your life.
Some Important Points
Knowledge is power, only if used correctly. Simple yet helpful information is all around us, yet many of us fail to absorb it. Stop for a moment and take inventory of how much you already know. Chances are, life has given you many hard-earned lessons. Experience is a great teacher. Always heed its advice.
Now let’s take inventory of what knowledge or experience would prove helpful in building up your net worth. Perhaps you feel you need to search much of this information out; have faith. All of this information is out there and is a lot closer than you think! Take, for instance, the topic of wealth. Building wealth, accumulating wealth, and transfer of wealth are all worthwhile topics yet most people never fully explore these topics. The sad truth is that most people never take the first step on the road to financial freedom. What is the first step?
